ED Will Interrogate Sushant’s Bodyguard Today, Summons Sent

Mumbai : Important hearing is to be held today in the Supreme Court in Sushant Singh Rajput case. The Supreme Court will decide on Rhea Chakraborty’s petition. In this petition, the actress has appealed to transfer the case filed against her in Patna to Mumbai. Also, the Supreme Court will decide whether Mumbai Police or CBI will investigate the Sushant Singh Rajput case. All parties will file their respective replies in writing today.

Sushant’s father has filed an FIR against Rhea at Rajiv Nagar police station in Patna. Sushant’s father alleges that Rhea instigated his son to commit suicide. Along with this, KK Singh has also accused Rhea of grabbing money from Sushant and forgery. Rhea’s application was also heard in the Supreme Court on Tuesday. There was a heated debate between the lawyers of both sides. But the Supreme Court reserved the verdict on the petition to transfer the Sushant case from Patna to Mumbai.

ED Will Interrogate Sushant’s Bodyguard
The ED has sent summons to the bodyguard of Sushant Singh Rajput. Today the agency will record the statement of Sushant’s bodyguard. The bodyguard worked with Sushant for many years. The ED will seek information from the bodyguard about the finances and irregularities related to Sushant Singh Rajput.

Sushant’s family is getting threats
On the other hand, on Wednesday, Sushant’s family released a 9-page letter. In this, the family revealed that they are getting threats after the death of the son. It is written in the letter – “Sushant’s family, which has four sisters and an old father, is being threatened to teach everyone a lesson. One by one, mud is being thrown on everyone’s character. Their relations with Sushant are being questioned.”
