Dutta-Nana case: No enough evidence, Closure report filed
Npnews24 online Mumbai: In a major setback, considered in a Tanushree Dutta’s sexual harassment case against Nana Patekar, Mumbai Police has now filed a closure report in court stated that, they could not find enough evidence.

Actress who triggered the #MeToo movement in Bollywood when she accused Patekar of harassment during the shooting of their 2009 film ‘Horn ‘OK’ Pleassss’- has said she will continue the fight and is going to challenge the order.
Dutta’s lawyer, Nitin Satpute, said, “We haven’t yet received any official communication from the police yet. However, we will challenge the cause report.”
Earlier during the investigation, Satpute had claimed that the right witnesses were not been brought forward.
