Disputes Over Trump Visiting Taj Mahal with His Car, SC’s Order – No Vehicle Can Go Inside

New Delhi: US President Donald Trump is scheduled to visit Agra on 24 February to see the historic Taj Mahal. The US Secret Service, which oversees their security, wants President Trump’s supercar to be allowed inside the Taj Mahal campus. Now a situation of dispute has arisen on this.

Actually, the Indian government cannot allow the US Secret Service to go inside the campus of the Taj Mahal. Because the Supreme Court has ordered that no vehicle can come around 500 meters of the Taj Mahal. Donald Trump will visit India on February 24 with his wife Melania Trump. During this, he will also visit the Taj Mahal in Agra.

Actually, while hearing the petitions filed to save the Taj Mahal from pollution, the Supreme Court reprimanded the Central Government. Keeping in view the protection of the Taj Mahal, the Supreme Court had banned the diesel and petrol vehicles within a radius of five hundred meters from the Taj Mahal. The Supreme Court had even said that either protect the Taj Mahal or close it or demolish it.

Preparations are going on loudly for Trump’s tour in Agra. Trump with a convoy of 70 vehicles will pass through Sarai Khwajah Railway Bridge in Agra, is also being repaired. The PWD department of UP is engaged in repairing this bridge.

Trump will go to Ahmedabad first, then to Agra

Trump will first go to Ahmedabad in Gujarat on his two-day tour. He will also conduct a roadshow with PM Modi, which will start at Ahmedabad Airport and will pass through the Ashram Road and end at the Cricket Stadium in Motera. Large hoardings have been installed welcoming Trump and Modi on the 22 km long roadshow. Officials estimate that more than one lakh people can stand on both sides of the road to greet the two leaders. After the roadshow, two leaders are inaugurating the newly constructed stadium in Motera where about one lakh people can participate in the ‘Namaste Trump’ program. After this, Trump will leave for Agra.
