Delhi : One ISIS Terrorist Escaped During Encounter in Dhaula Kuan, High Alert From Delhi to UP

New Delhi : An ISIS terrorist has been caught after an encounter near Delhi’s Dhaula Kuan Ring Road. The special cell team is still carrying out the operation. It says there can be more arrests. Two IEDs have also been recovered from this terrorist. It is being told that the special cell arrested the terrorist after the encounter last night. He has been kept in the special cell office at Lodhi Road. The IED recovered from the terrorist has been defused by the NSG.

The name of the terrorist caught is Abu Yusuf and hails from Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh. It is being told that there was an important personality on the target of the terrorist. There was another terrorist with Abu Yusuf, who is absconding. Raids are being conducted for his arrest.

Delhi Police says that ISIS terrorists were planning to carry out a major terrorist attack in Delhi. The ‘Lone Wolf’ attack was planned. Both the terrorists had studied many places. According to the police, some people in Delhi were providing resources to Abu Yusuf, raids are being conducted to nab them.
