Decline In Health Condition Of Former President Pranab Mukherjee, Says Hospital

New Delhi: Former President Pranab Mukherjee health condition deteriorated on Wednesday as he developed lung infection,the Army Research & Referral Hospital said.

There has been a decline in medical condition of former President Pranab Mukherjee as he has developed features of lung infection; he continues to be on ventilatory support: Army hospital

He has been hospitalized for the past nine days and been on ventilator support following a brain surgery. The former President was admitted to the R&R hospital in the Delhi cantonment on August 10 and was operated for removal of a clot in his brain. He also tests positive for coronavirus.
