Coronavirus India : Death Toll Exceeds 1 Lakh, Single Day Spike Of 79476 New Cases
New Delhi : The number of coronavirus patients in India is continuously increasing. The number of Corona infected has crossed 60 lakhs in the country, while more than 5 thousand deaths have occurred due to this infection. However, there has been a continuous increase in the number of people recovering from corona for some time. According to the data released by the Ministry of Health, every day more than 90,000 corona positive patients are being cured in the country, which is five times more than the active patients. In India, more than 50 lakh infected people have been cured so far. 10 lakh patients of these infected have been cured in the last 11 days.
Deadly coronavirus in the country has now killed more than 1 lakh people. In the last 24 hour, it has caused 1,069 deaths. So far 1,00,842 people in the country have lost their lives from Corona. According to data released by the Union Ministry of Health, during the last 24 hours, 79,476 people across the country have been infected with corona.

Continuous rise in new cases of corona is wreaking havoc, due to which cases are increasing in the country. As of 8 am on Saturday, the total number of coronavirus infections in the country has now risen to 64,73,545, while the death toll has risen to 1,00,842. According to the Ministry of Health, of these 9,44,996 are active cases, 54,27,707 have been recovered.
As per the data released by ICMR, a total of 7,78,50,403 samples were tested for COVID19 up to October 2. Of these, 11,32,675 samples were tested yesterday.

According to Johns Hopkins University, the total number of coronavirus cases worldwide is 34.4 million, while deaths have risen to more than 1,026,700. The University’s Center for System Science and Engineering (CSSE) reported in its latest update that as of Saturday, the total number of cases was 34,495,372 and the death toll rose to 1,026,717.
