The cheerful elder is loved by each and every one on the sets and is always surrounded by them.

Lily Patel who has enacted the role of a loving grandmother in various television shows is not too different from her on-screen character. When contacted, Lily Patel confirmed, “I love taking care of people around me. That’s my nature and I have always been this way. Even on my present show – Main MaaykeChaliJaaungi Tum DekhteRahiyo my role is that of a caring Dadi. The crew members too come to me with their worries and I try to give them solutions to their issues wherever I can. The entire unit has become one large family that looks after each other. Srishti, Namish, Aditi and Neelu are wonderful co-actors and it’s a pleasure to work with them.”
