Bus Filled With Migrant Laborers Overturned in Hamirpur, More Than Half a Dozen Injured

Lucknow : Road accidents continue in Uttar Pradesh. Now, a bus full of migrant laborers has overturned in Hamirpur. This bus had 31 passengers including women, children. Half a dozen people were injured when the bus overturned near the City Forest in the Sadar Kotwali area. The police have rushed everyone to the district hospital.

It is being told that the bus was going from Noida to Mahoba. The accident occurred due to driver’s nap. The condition of some laborers remains critical in this accident. Earlier, a bus full of laborers met with an accident in Kushinagar.

On NH 28 of Kushinagar, near the Shahi Petrol Pump, a bus going to Bihar carrying workers died stumbling in a truck filled with onions. The front of the bus was completely damaged. In this incident, 12 laborers sitting in the bus cabin and ahead were seriously injured. The bus was going from Noida to Bhagalpur in Bihar.

After this incident, the local people, with the help of police personnel, admitted the injured from the ambulance to Tamkuhi CHC. The condition of 7 laborers in the injured is critical. They have been sent to Gorakhpur Medical College. Preparations are being made to send lightly injured laborers to Bihar in another bus.
