Burglary attempt at Minister Dilip Kamble’s flat, 2 others

In a sensational burglary attempt, unidentified thieves broke into three flats in Parmarnagar, Wanowrie, including that minister of state for social justice Dilip Kamble. The incident came to light around 3 pm on Friday.

Senior police officials and Crime Branch sleuths have reached the spot for investigation.

According to police, the thieves broke into Kamble’s flat on the first floor of H building in Parmarnagar. However no valuable is missing. Later they also broke into two other flats nearby. Kamble’s flat was locked since evening.

Around 3 pm on Friday, a maid informed the watchman about broken lock, door. Soon police control room was alerted and they sent Wanowrie police station team. Crime Branch unit officials also reached. The CCTV footages of the area is being scanned to get information about the thieves.

Dilip Kamble (born 1 June 1963) is a leader of Bharatiya Janata Party and a member of 13th Maharashtra Legislative Assembly from Pune. Currently he is Minister of State for Social Justice and Special Assistance in Devendra Fadnavis led government.
