Breaking: More than 100 houses from slum in Pune catches fire

PUNE: NP NEWS 24 ONLINE- A fire eruption took place in the Pune’s Patil estate slum area. According to the information, 100 of huts have burnt in the fire. This fire has erupted on Wednesday afternoon at 1:10 pm at colony number 3.

Total 30 vehicles of the fire brigade have been rushed to the spot immediately. There is a possibility of fire eruption take place due to the cylinder explosion in the hut.

This Patil estate slum area is on the Pune-Mumbai route near Shivaji Nagar.  The fire broke out due to the explosion of six to seven cylinders. The fire brigade is trying its best for controlling the fire. Fire extinguishers have arrived from Pune, Pimpri and Khadki Cantonment Board.

The chaotic situation was created in the area, and many people gathered at the spot to see the incident. Due to this crowds, there are obstacles in the work of fire brigade personnel. Traffic jam has been started in the area and traffic police have arrived at the spot.

This fire is not fully controlled yet. There is an industrial estate near this place. There is no death in this fire eruption incident but a large number of houses have been destroyed by the fire.

This is another accident in Pune, as earlier water canal was burst in Singhgad are. At that time, many vehicles were damaged and many lives were also in trouble. A huge amount of water had also been wasted in the canal burst. From that, Pune started facing water crisis for long as lakhs of litres of water has been wasted.
