Bollywood Drugs Case : Actress Tia posted drug test reports on social media, asked other artist to do same

New Delhi: Thw drug angle in Sushant Singh Rajput case has taken Bollywood on storm. Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has investigated many Bollywood celebrities in this regard. Meanwhile, actress Tia Bajpai has taken a unique step. Tia got her drug test done to save the Bollywood film industry from infamy and made her report public. She also posted a video and requested other people to get the test done voluntarily so that the entire industry would not be defamed.

Tia posted the video on Instagram, in which she says – the entertainment industry is being maligned right now due to few people who consumed drugs. So I have got my drug test done, which has come negative. I would request all of you not to paint everyone in same color. Some of us do our work with seriousness and are really working for the betterment. I request all my fellow artists to get their drug test done and make it public. She captioned her video, – “Not everyone is the same, and if any of my fellow artists don’t want to get generalized, get a drug test done and put it out in public domain”.

Tia Bajpayee made her Bollywood debut as an actress with Vikram Bhatt’s film Haunted 3D. She was last seen on screen in Hate Story 4, in which she played a small role. Tia is also a singer and has given voice to many songs.

Kangana Ranaut also requested Bollywood actors to do the same. In her tweet, she had asked Ranbir Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Ranveer Singh and Ayan Mukerji to get blood tests done for drugs.

During the investigation into the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, an angle of drugs surfaced, after which NCB arrested Rhea Chakraborty, his brother Shouvik Chakraborty and some peddlers. Since then, new names are being exposed everyday. NCB is calling for investigation that being revealed through WhatsApp drug chats. On Friday, Rakulpreet appeared before the NCB for questioning. Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor have been summoned for questioning on 26 September. Deepika and Sara were in Goa. Both reached Mumbai on Wednesday.
