Black deer case: Salman Khan to appear in court on next appearance….Court’s order

Mumbai: npnews 24 – Bollywood actor Salman Khan has been ordered to appear in the Jodhpur for the Sessions of the court in the black deer poaching case during his next appearance. The demand was accepted by the court. Advocate Hastimal Saraswat, appearing for Salman, appeared in favor of Salman Khan, while Advocate Ladaram Vishnoi argued for the state government.

Please tell that even during the last hearing, Salman Khan did not appear in the court. After this, the court fixed the next hearing of the case on 19 December. The lower court has sentenced Salman Khan to five years in the 1998 black deer hunting case. During the hearing of the case on July 4, Sessions Court Judge Chandra Kumar Songra ordered the actor to appear before the court on September 27. The court said that the bail application of the actor could be dismissed if he is absent from the court. Salman Khan got bail in the case in May last year and after that he never appeared in the court during the hearing.
Know what is the whole matter?

There are two cases against Salman in the Jodhpur court. The first case relates to the hunting of black deer during the shooting of the film ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’ in 1998. In this, Salman Khan was sentenced to 5 years on 25 April 2018. Appealing against the sentence, Salman’s lawyer sought suspension of the sentence. Hearing is going on in this case.
The second case is of possessing illegal weapons, from which Salman was acquitted in 2016. The government appealed in the court against the acquittal of Salman. Hearing on this also is to be held today.
