Bihar: Man shot dead for declining to give Rs 20 gutkha on loan

Bihar: Man alleged shot dead a shop keeper on Tuesday (Febraury 16) in Sapau district of Bihar after the shopkeeper refused to give him Rs 20 worth of gutka on loan. The accused identified as Ajit Kumar. The incident took place at Triveniganj in Bihar’s Supau district.

According to the information received, the accused Ajit had an argument with the victim Mithilesh Kumar’s father a day earlier. The accused had asked for Rs 20 gutkha on loan but Mithilesh’s father refused to give him. The next day, Ajit along with his two associates went to Mithilesh and demanded the same. Upon declining, the duo started arguing. Ajit then shot Mithilesh and fled the scene.
