Big News : Azam Khan Jailed for 7 Days with Family till Next Hearing

Rampur : Samajwadi Party MP Azam Khan’s difficulty has increased. The court has ordered the entire family to be sent to jail for 7 days. Azam Khan, his wife Tanzin Fatim and son Abdullah Azam Khan have been sent to jail till March 2. Azam Khan arrived in Rampur’s ADG 6 court to appear with his family. The court was issuing summons for the time being to present Azam Khan. Which Azam Khan was ignoring. Due to non-attendance, the court issued bailable and non-bailable warrants against Azam Khan, son Abdullah Azam and wife Tanjim Fatma. So far, 88 lawsuits have also been filed against SP MP Azam Khan.

Azam Khan had filed a bail petition in 20 cases. 17 cases were heard on Wednesday. 4 got bail while in 13 cases different dates have been filed. A case will also be heard tomorrow. While the remaining cases will be heard on 2 March. In these, 4 cases of violation of the code of conduct recorded in the elections were given bail. Azam Khan will remain in jail till the next hearing. In many cases, the bail has been approved, but in the case registered under Section 420 in the case of fake certificate of son Abdullah Azam and two passports, the bail petition has been rejected.
