Arjun Rampal with a failed career in Bollywood, supplied drugs to Sharukh Khan: Reports

Mumbai : The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) is currently investigating the drug nexus in Bollywood after the drug angle surfaced in Sushant Singh Rajput death case. So far, many actress were summoned. Thereafter on the NCB radar is actors of Bollywood. The list includes name of Shahrukh Khan, Arjun Rampal and Dino Morea. According to report Arjun Rampal used to supply drugs to Shahrukh. Arjun has come into the headlines as soon as the thing comes have come to light.

Here are few facts of Arjun Rampal-

Arjun was born on 26 November 1972 in Jabalpur. He belongs to a family of military backgrounds. His maternal grandfather Brigadier Gurdayal Singh made the first artillery gun for the Indian Army. The parents were divorced when Arjun was very young. In such a situation, after the divorce, the mother got custody of Arjun, who was a teacher. Arjun graduated in Economics from Hindu College, Delhi University and earned his name in modeling.

Arjun was a successful model before joining Bollywood. Popular fashion designer Rohit Bal saw Arjun at a party and was impressed by his looks. He helped advance Arjun’s modeling career. In 1994, Arjun received the Society Face of the Year Award in modeling. In 2001, Arjun made his Bollywood debut with the film ‘Pyaar Ishq Aur Mohabbat’. Arjun received several debut awards for this film. He was also awarded the National Award for ‘Rock On’ in 2008. Kim Sharma, who worked in Mohabbatein, is Arjun’s cousin. Arjun Rampal was the first choice for 2004 Lakshya, but due to lack of dates, he could not do this film and then Hrithik Roshan was cast in this film.

Arjun married supermodel Meher Jessia in 1998. They both have two daughters: Mahika and Myra. Mahika was born in 2002 while Myra was born in 2005. Arjun-Mehar’s marriage lasted only 10 years, both of them divorced in 2018. Arjun is in a live-in relationship with South African model Gabriella after her divorce. The two became parents to a son Eric on July 18, 2019.

Arjun was last seen in JP Dutta’s film Paltan which was released on 2018. His next film will be Nail Polish which will be released in 2021.. If we look at Arjun’s career, he achieved a lot of fame in modeling but even after spending 19 years in Bollywood, he could not show anything special. Films like ‘Moksha’, ‘Deewana’, ‘Dil ka Rishta’, ‘Impossible’, ‘Ek Ajnabee’ were a flop. ‘Ra.One’, ‘Heroine’, ‘D-Day’, ‘Roy’, ‘Daddy’ also could not do well at the box office.
