After the cut, petrol in Pune @ 86.81

From the past few days, the price of petrol and diesel was steadily rising, so it was become problem for common man. After the Finance Minister Arun Jaitley’s announcement of cutting down the prices of petrol and diesel by Rs 2.50 per liter, citizens of the country get sigh of relief.

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley also suggested state government to reduce VAT, after which 12 BJP-ruled states and Jammu and Kashmir had reduced the price of fuel by Rs 2.5 per liter. Due to this, the prices of fuel in these states have come down by 5 rupees per liter.

Opposition started blaming to the ruling party BJP for increasing prices of fuel. In order to provide relief to the consumers, the central government has reduced the excise duty on diesel and petrol by Rs 1.50 and government ordered petroleum companies, to reduce their prices by one rupee per liter.

One day before, on October 4, the price of petrol in the Delhi was 84 rupees per liter. After tax reduction, Petrol price has come down to Rs 81.50 per liter, and while diesel cut down at Rs 72.95 per liter on Friday.

Now, the price of petrol in city like Pune cut down at Rs 86.81 per liter and the Diesel prices cut down at Rs 76.10 per liter. In Delhi, the price of petrol has come down to Rs 81.50 per liter, while in Mumbai, price cut down from Rs 90 to Rs 86.97 per liter.

On Thursday, the price of petrol in Mumbai was Rs 91.34 per liter and the price of diesel was Rs 80.10 per liter. Today on Friday, the price of petrol has come down to Rs 86.97 per liter and diesel has come down at Rs 77.45 per liter.

Today on Friday, in Kolkata, the rate of petrol is Rs 83.35 per liter and the rate of diesel is Rs 74.80 per liter. But on October 4, the rate of petrol was Rs 85.80 and rate of diesel was Rs 77.30 per liter.

In Chennai, petrol is available at Rs 84.70 per liter and diesel at Rs 77.11 per liter. Similarly, the price of petrol in Noida is Rs 79.08 per liter and diesel price is Rs 71.10 per liter.
