ACB Trap News | ACB registers FIR against 38 people including six senior Govt. officers in buying and selling of Mahar Watan land
AHMEDNAGAR : ACB Trap News | The ACB has registered an FIR against Ahmed Nagar’s former Addl Collector, Prant, Tehsildar, Assistant Sub-Registrar, Circle Officer, Talathi and 32 others for buying and selling land by preparing fake documents of Mahar Watan Hadola land. The ACB action has created a flutter in the district and the state.
In Vadgaon Gupta village near Nagar, Gat number 203 area 2 hectare 97 R 1 hectare 34 R is Mahar Vatan Hadola. To make it as per old rules, the former tahsildar gave permission which is illegal. Tehsildar N.N. Patil, Talathi, L.S. Rohkale, former Mandal Officer Durge, helped him. They also helped in making alteration records by violating rules and helped Utkarsh Patil and Ajit Kad.
The then Addl Collector V.T. Jare and Sub Divisional Officer Rajendra Muthe knew that this was illegal but still they did not take any action. The complaint states that the then Assistant Second Registrar Dilip Baban Nirali has registered the illegal documents of buying and selling of land.
Despite knowing that the land is Mahar Watan Hadola Group 6B, all of them prepared illegal documents and cheated the state government by carrying out purchase and sell of land. The ACB has registered an FIR against the then addl collector and 37 others. DySP Praveen Lokhande of ACB is carrying out further probe.

An FIR has been registered against Utkarsh Suresh Patil and buyer of land Ajit Kachardas Lunkad at MIDC police station Ahmed Nagar under Prevention of Corruption Act and sections 167, 420 and 109 of the IPC.
The action was taken under the guidance of SP Sharmistha Gharge-Walawalkar, Addl SP Madhav Reddy, DySP Narendra Pawar by DySP Praveen Lokhande of Ahmednagar ACB, PI Raju Alhat, policemen Santosh Shinde, Ravindra Nimse and Vijay Gangule in taking the action.
