2487 New Patients in Maharashtra in Last 24 Hours, 52 Died in a Day in Mumbai

Mumbai : Coronavirus continues to grow its roots in Maharashtra. In the state, both cases of new corona patients and death from corona are increasing continuously. In the last 24 hours, 2487 new patients have been found in the state. At the same time, 89 people have died in the last 1 day. The worst condition in the state is of Mumbai. Here 52 people have died in the last 24 hours. However, the number of people recovering in the state is increasing. On Sunday, 1248 people have recovered and discharged.

According to the state health department, the number of corona positives in Maharashtra has increased to 67655. The number of active patients in this is 36,031. Today 52 people have died in Mumbai. Today 1244 people were discharged in Mumbai. A total of 29329 people have been discharged in the state so far. So far, 39,686 cases of coronavirus have been reported in Mumbai, while a total of 1,279 people have died.

The Uddhav Thackeray government of Maharashtra has extended the lockdown in the state till June 30. The Maharashtra government has extended lockdown till June 30 and named it as ‘Mission Begin Again’. According to the guidelines issued by the government, there will be a strict ban on movement of people between 9 am and 5 am, except for necessary activities. Although the state government has also given some relaxation during lockdown 5, there will be no exemption for Containment Zone. The state government has allowed cycling, jogging, running, and walking from June 3. However, this permission will be granted only when a person is cycling, walking or running alone. All such activities will be banned in the group, although children can walk with their elders. Citizens will only be able to perform these activities in their nearest park or road, long distances are not allowed.
