‘You are beautiful’ : Nagpur police inspector sends message to RJ

Nagpur : Np News Network – A woman radio jockey (RJ) has lodged a complaint against police inspector of the traffic branch of Nagpur city police, stating that he sent her objectionable messages when she asked for phone number of the newly appointed Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), traffic branch.

The woman had posted screenshot of the messages on social media and also filed written complaint with Sitabardi police station.

After the incident came to light, Police Commissioner Dr BK Upadhyay attached the inspector to control room and ordered enquiry against him.

As per the RJ post on social media, she sent greetings to the inspector and asked for number of DCP traffic branch. The inspector asked her to make video call on WhatsApp, when she asked why ? , the inspector replied “Waiting for d most beautiful and gorgeous and intelligent and dynamic and multitasking and sensual lady” He further sent “just want to see ur beautiful face if possible.”

The inspector under scanner has history of such cases. When he was posted with the rural police, he had sent objectionable messages to a senior zilla parishad officer late in the night. He had also made advances towards rescued victims of an interstate sex racket busted by the police.
