According to the complaint filed in the police station, the victim was married in 2015. The husband was already infected with HIV. She was told that her husband did not have any problems.

But after one and a half year of marriage, husband died due to HIV. When the victim woman did tests in hospital at the time of her pregnancy, she was diagnosed with HIV. She got shocked by this. Then the child also died after birth.

As a result of the sadness of the death of husband and child, the mother in law also started harassing her. She was strongly warned that she should not touch anything in the house, then she was sent out of the house directly. ‘After the in-laws know that I am also HIV infected, they changed their behaviour with me and started harassing me. ”

“I do not want to depend on someone else. But I want to be live at my in-laws home,” said the victim woman.

Women’s Commission member Namrata Goud informed that the action will be taken immediately after such complaint has been received.
