Union Minister Murlidhar Mohol extended grand welcome at Pune airport (Video)

Pune: Union Minister of State for Cooperation and Civil Aviation arrived for the first time in the city after assuming office on Saturday (June 15). He was extended a grand welcome by workers of the BJP, including the Maha Yuti, at the airport.

Children dressed as warkaris welcomed him amidst the beating of Dhol-Tasha and Halgi. Workers lifted him up on their shoulders and presented a Puneri Pagdi and a bouquet of flowers to him. He was garlanded too.

Speaking to the media, Mohol said, “I used to visit the airport to welcome dignitaries as a party worker. Today, many people came to welcome a worker like me at the airport. This can happen only in the BJP. I am very happy today. I will try to address issues faced by the city and the State as a minister.”

Union Minister of State Murlidhar Mohol arrived in the city for the first time on Saturday after taking the oath of office. He was given a huge welcome. Many BJP leaders were present. Former Union Minister Prakash Javadekar and State Minister Chandrakant Patil were also present.
