Three persons attacked with sickles over minor reason in Bhosari
Pune : NpNews24 Online – Pune Pimpri Chinchwad Crime News | Following a minor dispute, a gang attacked three persons with sickles. They also created terror in the area by swinging sickles in the air. Jain Jamshed Nadaf (18) from Chakrapani Colony has lodged a complaint at the Bhosari Police Station. Nikhil Pawle, Sahil Manowar and four others have been booked under sections 307, 326, 324, 504, 506, 141, 143, 147, 148, 149 of IPC, Criminal Law Amendment, Arms Act, Maharashtra Police Act and Pawle and Manowar have been arrested.
According to the police, the complainant and the accused are known to each other. There was an argument between Jamshed Nadaf, father of the complainant and Nikhil Pawle over a minor issue. Out of this anger, the accused came to Chakrapani Colony on a two-wheeler on Monday night with sickles and bamboos. They created terror in the area by swinging their sickles in the air.
The accused came in front of the home of the complainant. They abused and threatened to kill him. Nikhil Pawle attacked Jamshed Nadaf in the face and head with a sickle. When the complainant’s sister came to rescue her father, Sahil Manowar attacked her with a sickle. His accomplice beat her with a wooden stick. When Irshad Nadaf, brother of the complainant, resisted the accused, Nikhil Pawle attacked him with a sickle and seriously injured him. The other accused tried to kill the complainant’s mother by severely beating her with a wooden stick.
PSI Bhawari is conducting further investigation.
