Rain: Holiday continues in all schools, colleges on Tuesday

NPnews24 online, Pune: Heavy rain since Saturday in the city, all schools and colleges in Pune district have been asked to close on Tuesday.

Pune district collector Naval Kishore Ram declared holiday for all schools in Pune district, State government education department has authorized all district collectors in Maharashtra, to take decision of declaring holiday based on situation in their respective areas.

PMC and other bodies have shifted hundreds of people from their homes to nearby schools. The situation is getting worse with continuous rains.
