Rahul Gandhi Calls the Lockdown ‘Horrifying’! Priyanka Gandhi Says ‘Shame Modi Government for…!’

New Delhi : Congress has questioned the 21-day lockdown implemented across the country to prevent the spread of Coronavirus infection. Pictures of the migration of workers and poor are coming out across the country due to the lockdown. Former Congress President and MP Rahul Gandhi shared a photo of the migrating workers on Twitter and said that the government is responsible for this terrible situation. This condition of citizens is a very big crime. Today, in the hour of crisis, our brothers and sisters should at least get respect and support. The government should take concrete steps as soon as possible so that it does not become a major tragedy.

On the other hand, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra said on Saturday that the government should be ashamed of the situation for laborers and poor walking on their homes during the lockdown imposed to prevent the spread of coronavirus. She shared a video of the poor migrating on foot and tweeted that “Don’t treat these poor Indians like this, we should be ashamed that we have left them in this condition.”
