Pune: Traffic diversions on M G Road, East Street in Camp Area on Christmas; Know details here

Pune: The Pune City Traffic Police have issued a notification about temporary diversions for vehicular traffic in the Pune Cantonment (Camp) area on Friday (December 25) on the occasion of Christmas celebrations. Traffic on Mahatma Gandhi (M G) Road and East Street and other areas in the Camp will be diverted from 7pm in the evening as per requirement, informed Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Rahul Shrirame.

Traffic Diversion Details

· Vehicular traffic coming from Golibar Maidan Chowk Y junction will be allowed till 15 August Chowk

· Motorists will be diverted to Sujata Mastani Chowk and Qureshi Masjid chowk from 15 August Chowk

· Vehicular traffic towards Aurora Towers and Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Statue will be blocked at ISCON Mandir chowk

· Vehicular traffic from Volga Chowk to Mohammad Rafi Chowk will be closed. This traffic will be diverted to Indira Gandhi chowk via East Street

· Vehicles heading towards Mahaveer Chowk from Indira Gandhi Chowk will be blocked. They will be diverted to Cantonment Police Station chowk instead.

· Vehicles heading towards Mahaveer Chowk from Sarbatwala Chowk will be blocked and diverted to Taboot Street
