Pune Security Professionals forum meeting in Hinjewadi

Pune: NP NEWS 24 ONLINE – Over 150 security professionals will brainstorm about various concerns in Hinjewadi on Friday under the aegis of Pune security professionals forum Q3 2018 meeting. The meeting will be held at the Hinjewadi Industries Association (HIA) office, next to STPI, Rajiv Gandhi IT Park, Phase 1, Hinjewadi.

Mangesh Kate who is the Physical Security Head at HSBC Software Development India, started this PSP forum in year 2013, with an idea to bring the corporate security professionals in Pune under one umbrella, where they could bring up the common issues, concerns & discuss them on a common platform for resolution & this forum also helped them to exchange ideas, share knowledge for the betterment of the security fraternity.

It started with a group of 20 security professionals & today PSP has more than 150 plus security professionals from diverse industries & multinational companies like IT, ITES, Banks, Hotels, Manufacturing units, senior police officials, etc, said Bhanupratap Barge, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch, Pune city police.

Hinjawadi was completely a rural locale until the construction of the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park (RGIP). The park currently comprises three phases with future expansions planned. Hinjawadi Industries Association (HIA) was formed to provide a joint forum to all stakeholders based out of Hinjawadi and its surrounding region.
