Pune News | Strict action will be taken if garbage is dumped near Chatrapati Shivaji’s memorial in Baner; Guardian Minister Chandrakant Patil’s warning

Pune: Pune News | Guardian Minister Chandrakant Patil has issued a stern warning against those responsible for dumping garbage near the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Memorial, located in the Baner Urban Credit Union area. The majestic monument of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, a symbol of Hindavi Swarajya, was built in Baner to enhance the village’s beauty. However, the sanctity of the memorial is being compromised by the irresponsible dumping of garbage in the open space in front of it during the night.

 

Taking prompt action upon learning about the issue, Minister Patil immediately instructed the Municipal Health Department officials to clear the garbage from the area. He emphasized that strict measures will be taken to curb such irresponsible behavior in the future. Additionally, Minister Patil announced that cleaners would be appointed from public participation to ensure the regular cleanliness of the memorial premises.

 

Addressing the citizens, Guardian Minister Chandrakant Patil highlighted the significance of the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Memorial as a symbol of the revered leader’s legacy and the principles of Hindavi Swarajya. He urged everyone to consider the memorial as a temple of inspiration for future generations and emphasized the collective responsibility to maintain its sanctity and cleanliness. The Guardian Minister stressed that any act of polluting the area with garbage would not be tolerated, and stringent actions would be taken against those found guilty of such misconduct.
