Pune Mumbai Expressway Accident: MSRTC bus passenger killed, 16 injured

Pune: Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation’s bus which was enroute Mumbai from Panvel met with an accident on Thursday 2 am. One passenger died while 16 other passengers were left injured after a vehicle rammed into the bus from one side.

According to the information sought, the passengers were immediately taken to a nearby hospital for the further treatment. One side of the bus has been completely damaged.

The Highway Safety Police is conducting a search for the driver who hit the bus and fled the spot.
