Pune Crime News | Two arrested for stealing iron material worth Rs 30,000 from Metro
Pune : NpNews24 Online -Pune Crime News | The Chaturshringi police arrested two thieves for stealing iron material from Metro on Ganesh khind road. Iron materials worth Rs 30,000 were seized from both. The arrested accused have been identified as Prashant Madhukar Vaval (28) a resident of Indira Vasahat in Aundh and Omkar Uddhav Bhujbal (28) a resident of Sankalp Park in Aundh.(Pune Crime News)
In this regard Suraj Jadhav (23) a resident of Alandi Road has filed a complaint at Chaturshringi police station.
According to the police, work on the Shivaji Nagar to Hinjewadi metro line is underway on the Ganeshkhind road. Suraj is a security guard on the Metro project. Accused Prashant and Omkar went to the Metro Margike area at midnight. Prashant and Omkar left by leaving the 30,000 iron plate tempo kept for construction there. Security guard Suraj noticed this and caught both of them and later handed them to the police.
