Three persons did unnatural sex with him by threatening him with a weapon in the Bhosari area. They also snatched Rs 28,500 from the victim.
The 21-year-old victim lodged a complaint at the Bund Garden police station in this regard. The incident took place on Sunday at around 4 pm.
According to the police, the complainant is studying in an engineering college at Talegaon Dabhade. He got to know the accused on an app. They befriended him on the app. Later, they asked him to come to the Pune Railway Station area. He was asked to get into a car in front of the Sassoon Hospital. They told him that they would go on a long ride and took him to MIDC Bhosari.
They had unnatural sex with him at an isolated spot. They threatened him and withdrew Rs 28,500 from his bank account online. They left the victim at the spot and escaped. PSI Jadhav is investigating the case.
