Pune Crime News | Body of 35-year-old man found in sugarcane field in Indapur taluka
PUNE : Pune Crime News | The body of a 35-year-old man was found with his head smashed with a stone. The shocking incident has created a flutter in Indapur. The man’s body was found in a sugarcane field near the Sardewadi toll post in Indapur taluka on the Pune-Solapur highway.
The body was found in the morning and locals informed the Indapur police after they came to know about the incident. Indapur police station’s API Prakash Pawar, Yogesh Langote, ASI Yuvraj Kadam and constable Vindod Lokhande visited the spot and carried out a panchnama. The man’s body has been sent to Indapur sub district hospital.
The police found a ST bus ticket in the pocket of the deceased and a mobile headphone near the body. The sarpanch, deputy sarpanch of Sardewadi village and locals were present. The Indapur police are probing the case.
