Case filed against moderator for hugging lecturer at Katraj Dairy
Pune : NpNews24 Online – Pune Crime | An incident where a moderator invited a lecturer to drink lassi at the Katraj Dairy after the paper checking was over, and hugged her after going there, has come to light. The Bharati Vidyapeeth police have filed a case of outraging the modesty of a woman against moderator Vikas Pawar, a resident of Ambegaon Khurd. (Pune Crime)
A 27-year-old woman staying in Kasba Peth has lodged a complaint at the Bharati Vidyapeeth police station. According to the police, the complainant is a lecturer and she had been given the work of checking std XII papers.
Vikas Pawar is working as a moderator and the complainant used to take Pawar’s advice when she faced any difficulty in checking the question papers. On Monday, she completed checking the last papers of the std XII examination. Pawar took the woman to the Katraj Dairy to drink lassi at 2.30 pm. He hugged her and made an obscene gesture.
