Pune : 1158 graduates awarded passing certificates in graduation ceremony at COEP

Pune: The 14th graduation ceremony at College of Engineering Pune (COEP) was held on Thursday (October 29) in the presence of Savitribai Phule Pune University Vice Chancellor Prof Nitin Karmalkar, COEP Board of Governors Chairman Pratap Pawar, Board Member Dr Anand Deshpande, Director Dr. B. B. Ahuja, Deputy Director Dr. M. S. Sutaone, Controller of Examination Dr. S G Sonar and other department heads.

A total of 1158 graduates were awarded passing certificates of which 757 are B. Tech. under 10 engineering disciplines and 401 are M. Tech. under 24 specializations.

Moreover, the second batch of the students who have successfully completed their Honors and Minor courses were awarded certificates of completion. The number of students who were awarded the certificate in Honors and Minors is 102 and 123 respectively. Toppers of each discipline of B Tech Programme were honoured with Gold medals by Pratap Pawar. 10 students of 2020 B. Tech. batch were awarded the gold medals.
