Pilot Sends Legal Notice to Congress MLA Giriraj Malinga On Horse Trading Allegations : Sources

 

Jaipur : Congress leader Sachin Pilot, who is making trouble for the Gehlot government in Rajasthan, has sent a legal notice to Congress MLA Giriraj Malinga. According to information received from sources, Pilot has sent this notice to Malinga in the case of making allegations of horse trading.

Congress MLA Malinga alleged that then Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot had discussed with him about leaving the party and joining BJP. Malinga alleged in front of the media that he was offered money. Malinga, an MLA from Bari in the state, said that he met the then Pradesh Congress President Pilot twice in connection with some of his work. According to Malinga, during this time, Pilot told him, ‘Have to walk in BJP … have to leave the party.’

According to Malinga, during this time, Pilot also discussed the money and he was told that ‘you open your mouth as much as you want.’ When asked what is the evidence of this, Malinga said, ‘If my point is false, then Pilot should come and say that I am lying … but I can go to the temple and say this. ‘

Pilot dismissed the allegation as ‘baseless and regrettable’ and he will take strict legal action against him.
