No water supply to various parts in Pune on Thursday

Pune :  NpNews24 Online  – Water supply will be suspended to many areas in the city on Thursday as the main pipeline and a new pipeline joining work will be undertaken at the Parvati water supply centre. Urgent maintenance and repairs will be undertaken at Navin Holkar Bridge, Chikhali pumping and Bhama-Askhed water supply centre.
Water supply to the city will be at low pressure on Friday morning. This was stated in a press release issued by PMC Water Supply Department Chief Engineer Aniruddha Pawaskar.
Affected areas

*Parvati Water Supply Centre: All peth areas in the city (from 2 am on Wednesday till 10 pm on Thursday), Deccan Gymkhana, Shivajinagar, Bhavani Peth, and Nana Peth.
*Sahkar Nagar: All areas in Sahakar Nagar 2, Shahu Vasahat, Laxmi Nagar and Municipal School No. 111 will have no water supply from 12 noon till 8 pm on Thursday.

*Camp water station: Baker Hill and Kausar Baug area dependent on the old water tank, NIBM road, Undri road, Salunkhe Vihar road, right side, Lonkar Garden, some areas of Wanwadi, Kondhwa Gaothan, Bhagyodaya Nagar, Mithanagar, Shivneri Nagar, galli no. 1, Survey no. 354, Brahma Estate, Krishna Cable, Fakri Hill, Kubera Park, Brahma Avenue, Shivganga Complex, Nivrutti Enclave, Mount Carmel School, Sahani Sujan Park and Lullanagar, Wanwadi, Salunkhe Vihar both sides, Kedari Nagar, Azad Nagar, Shanti Nagar, Shivarkar road both sides, Vikas Nagar, Jagtap Nagar, Shinde Chhatri, SRP Group no. 2, Tatya Tope Society, Shivnand, Dayanand Society, Jagtap Chowk, Jambhulkar Chowk, Samvidhan Chowk, Raheja Garden and Ganga Satellite area.

*New Holkar Bridge and Chikhali pumping: Vidya Nagar, Tingre Nagar, Kalas, Dhanori, Lohegaon and Mula road.

*Bhama-Askhed water centre: Lohegaon, Viman Nagar, Vadgaon Sheri, Kalyani Nagar, Vishrantwadi, Phule Nagar and Yerawada.
