New Delhi : NASA has recently announced that 26 lakh rupees will be given by NASA to the person who will make them the design of the toilet used in space and on the moon. People have to design toilets for astronauts. NASA has announced the award to the Best Three Designs. NASA says that the type of toilet useful in space or the moon has not yet been designed.

Astronomers have to face a lot of trouble. NASA has demanded the design of easy to use toilets from people. Toilets that can also recycle easily. If someone designs such a toilet then he will get Rs 26 lakhs. Rather, space toilets have been a problem for NASA for a long time. Even in 1975, based on the experience of passengers returning from space, it was said that there is a serious challenge in space toilets. Eligibility :
– The challenge includes a ‘technical’ category and a ‘junior’ category. For the technical challenge, participants need to be at least 18 years old.
– Those under 18 can apply for the junior category of Lunar Loo challenge.

Prize :
– The winning design in the technical category will receive $20,000 for first position, $10,000 for second place and $5,000 for third.
– Winners in the junior category will get public recognition and NASA-themed merchandise.

NASA is preparing to send a woman for the first time on a moon mission in 2024. In such a situation, NASA needs a unisex bathroom. August 17 is the last date for NASA to complete this challenge. You can then send your design to NASA. Winners will be announced in October. The toilet should be able to operate between microgravity and lunar gravity.
