Pune :  NpNews24 Online  – MPSC Students Protest in Pune | Students preparing for MPSC held a protest in Pune on Monday for various demands. A few days ago, the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) had decided to change the exam syllabus. In the coming year i.e. 2023, the entire syllabus of the exam will be changed and a new syllabus will be applied. However, opinions of the students who have been studying for many years were not considered. Students are of the opinion that due to sudden change of syllabus, they will not have time to study and many years of hard work may be wasted. (MPSC Students Protest in Pune)

Students demanded that the new syllabus should be implemented from 2025. Also, there have been malpractices in the commission’s examination for the past several years. The examinees are suffering due to mistakes in the answer sheets and question papers. So the students also demanded that the commission should pay attention to such cases.

The commission tweeted saying, if students protest against the commission, it will take legal action against them. Students have said that we strongly oppose this. Students have alleged that the commission is not ready to listen to them.
