Man booked for rape charges

NPnews24 Online Pune: A man has been booked by the Chandan Nagar police for allegedly raping a woman. The 46-year-old woman has lodged a complaint against a man for raping her and then blackmailing her with a video clip.

According to police, the incident happened between 2014 to 2018.  According to the complainant, the accused  had claimed that he could cure her husband of kidney problems using black magic.

The complainant also said that the accused had taken lakh of rupees from her relatives. The complainant said that the accused was blackmailing her with a video clip. The case was registered by her at Chandan Nagar police station.
