Husband commits suicide in the police station because…

NP NEWS 24 ONLINE- Fights among couples especially husbands and wives lands duo in major problems, but in this case, the fight got so serious that they ended drinking poison in the police station.

The couple after an argument among themselves got frustrated and drank poison in the police station. The husband died on the spot after drinking poison whereas, the woman was rushed to the hospital.

This incident took place in Valmiki Nagar, Nanded district of Mukhed city.

According to information, wife Ashwini Mukhed arrived at the police station to file a complaint against her husband Shivshankar Narsinghrao Patil(34). In the meantime, Shivshankar also reached the police station.

After which the two got into a massive argument and soon later Shivshankar drank poison. Wife, Ashwini could not bear the fact and following the traits of husband immediately drank poison in the police station itself and attempted suicide.

Shivshankar died on the spot and Ashwini still undergoing treatment in the hospital. The deceased’s mother-in-law Shakuntala Narsinghrao Patil(62) has filed a complaint in the police station.

The complaint has reported in the police station that her son and daughter-in-law used to fight among themselves all the time and Ashwini filed a complaint against her husband, which he could not bear hence, went to police station and drank poison.

Police has registered a complaint against the deceased’s wife Ashwini along with nine others in this case. They have been arrested under section 309 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for provoking the deceased to commit suicide.

The frustrated wife who came to the police station to file a complaint against her husband, herself got into trouble as the complaint was filed against her.

Police is still probing into the case and trying to interrogate the wife in order to get into depth of the case further for more information.
