High-profile sex racket in Koregaon Park exposed

A high-profile sex racket has been busted at the Lotus Hotel in Koregaon Park. Koregaon Park is identified as one of the most posh areas of Pune.

In a Hotel located in Pune, people had been discussing the prostitution business going on in the area by foreign women.

This case had been registered at Koregaon Park Police Station. Taking the source of which, Police raided the hotel and rescued an Uzbekistan’s woman. Police have also arrested an agent in this case.

 According to the information received by the police, the business of prostitution was going on in the famous Lotus Hotel. When police got the information they laid a trap and busted the sex racket.  The police had received information about prostitution in room number 105 of Lotus Hotel.

The police had sent a fake client and arrested the agent.

The police have arrested Balu Balasaheb Satpute (30, Aviation) in this case. By luring more money to the foreigners, he used to involve foreign women in this business of prostitution.

Police are still probing into the case.

A few days back:

Within a week Pune police have busted 2 sex rackets in Pune. Earlier this week a Sex racket which was running under the name of the spa located in Kumar Pacific Mall which is situated on Shankersheth Road at Swargate has been busted by the police. Gunda squad of Pune crime branch police had busted sex racket after investigating it.   

In this sex racket Indian, as well as foreign girls, were involved. Five girls including three foreigners have been rescued from the spot. 

In this case, Swargate Police had arrested Gopal Kamal Halder and Robin Thomas (Mumbai). The case has been registered against Shaukat Ali Khan.

In this case, a complaint was filed by Gunda Squad police officer Shakeel Sattar Sheikh.

According to police, they got an information that, on the Shankersheth Road, there is a Massage Center called ‘Amantra Spa’ in Kumar Pacific Mall. This spa center started two months ago. The information about prostitution business running under the name of massage center in this Amantra spa was received by the police.”

Police sent a fake customer to confirm the news. After getting the tip from a customer, police raided the sex racket.

Earlier one more case of sex racket was busted in  Kondhwa. A sex racket business was running under the name of a spa center was busted.
