Goon injures youth with a blade in Hadapsar

Pune : NpNews24 Online  –  Pune Crime |  ‘You don’t call me Bhai, have you become oversmart?’, saying this, a goon threatened a young man with a sickle and injured him with a blade. The incident took place at around 7.30 pm at Hinganemala, Hadapsar on Tuesday. A criminal has been arrested by the police in this regard. (Pune Crime)

Sagar Rajendra Gupta (26) from Hinganemala, Hadapsar lodged a complaint in Hadapsar Police Station on Wednesday. The police have registered a case against Sonya alias Vinod Bandu Kamble (23) from Hadapsar under sections 307, 504, 506 of the IPC, Arms Act, Maharashtra Police Act and arrested him. The accused is a criminal on police record.

According to the police, the accused and the complainant know each other.

On Tuesday night, the complainant was talking on a mobile phone at Lahu Garjana Group Chowk. The accused and his friends Ajay Padule and Akshay Padule came there.

Kamble took out his sickle and ran to attack the complainant, saying, ‘You are not calling me Bhai, have you become oversmart?’, he attempted to kill the complainant by attacking his neck with a blade. After Sagar Gupta lodged a complaint, the police registered a case against the accused and arrested him. Police are conducting further investigation.
