Goon creates ruckus in Vadgaon due to one-sided love; Kicks on the door of the girl’s house to force her to withdraw case

After being released on bail, the goon kicked on the main door of the girl’s house and created a ruckus to force them to withdraw the case. The Sinhagad Road police station have registered an FIR against Guru Sanjay alias Balu Kamble (20). A 39-year-old woman staying in Vadgaon has lodged a complaint (161/23) at the Sinhagad Road police station.
According to the police, Guru had run away with the 17-year-old daughter of the complainant last January and abused her. The girl’s mother had lodged a complaint with the police. The police had arrested the accused after registering an FIR under POCSO.
On April 12, at 10 pm, the accused, Guru Sanjay, came to the complainant’s house. He started kicking on the door and asked her to open the house. “I will take your daughter with me if you don’t open the door. I have stayed in jail and I am not scared of anyone. If you don’t withdraw the case, I will kill you both,” the accused threatened her. The accused was pressurising the complainant to withdraw the case or give a false testimony.
