Donald Trump Not Guilty, Acquitted of Two Impeachment Charges

Washington: President Donald Trump won impeachment acquittal Wednesday in the U.S. Senate. Donald Trump’s impeachment was dismissed after a two-week trial in the Senate. The Senate with a majority of Republicans, Donald Trump’s allies, dismissed the charge of abuse of power by a margin of 52–48.

The second charge, the charge of obstructing the action of the Congress (Parliament) was dismissed by a margin of 53–47 votes
