Declare disputed border area a Union Territory, Uddhav Thackeray demands in the Legislative Council

Uddhav Thackeray attacked the Shinde-Fadnavis government over the border dispute. Are you going to dissolve a gram panchayat (which resolved to join Karnataka)? Don’t just talk.
