Coronavirus Gujarat: CM Vijay Rupani’s house cook tests positive

Gandhinagar : Deadly Coronavirus has reached the residence of Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani in Gandhinagar. The test report of the cook of the Chief Minister’s residence has come positive. He is currently in home isolation and being treated. Apart from this, the cook’s son has been tested following some symptoms. On the other hand, the report of a 57-year-old employee of the Chief Minister’s Office also came positive, according to the list of the Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation.

In April, eight months after the Corona period, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani held a meeting with three Congress MLAs from Ahmedabad. Minister of State for Home Pradipsinh Jadeja had to stay in home isolation for more than a week to perform his constitutional duty. After this, more than five employees and officials of the Chief Minister’s Office came in grip of Corona.

As many as half a dozen ministers of the Rupani government, about three dozen MLAs and MPs of the state have been infected with the corona. In Ahmedabad, about two dozen corporators have also been infected. Many political activists and leaders in the state have died of corona.
