CM Inaugurates 7th Edition of ‘Global Kokan Festival’ at Laxmi Lawn,Magarpatta City
Pune: NP NEWS 24 – CM Devendra Fadanvis on Thursday Evening inaugurated 7th edition of ‘Global Kokan Festival’ at ‘Messe Global Exhibition Center ‘(Laxmi Lawan,Magarpatta City,Pune) jointly organized by ‘Kokan Bhumi Pratishthan’ and ‘Exicon Group’.
This festival is organized in between 1st to 4th November 2018 ,to promote culture,heritage,business,
‘ Kokan Bhumi Pratisthan and Global Kokan Festival are consistently taking Efforts of Branding and Marketing of Kokan ,which is really admirable task ‘,said CM Fadanvis.
Kokan have greenery,Lakes and good beaches than Goa,only branding is needed’,CM added.
CM Further said,’ Government is keen to develop connectivity of Kokan through developing Chipi Airport,Ratnagiri Airport ,Dighi Port and 4 lane Mumbai -Goa Highway ,which will result in increasing footfall of tourists in kokan.
Sanjay Yadavrao ,Koshor Dharia and M Q Syed informed CM about development project of 5 new Village tourism destinations,in Kokan, by Kokan Bhumi Pratishthan and Global Kokan Festival.CM Assured all help from Government.
Successful entrepreuners were felicitated at hands of CM in this function.
Minister Deelip Kamble,MP Anil Shirole,MLA Vijay Kale,Yogesh Tilekar,Jagdish Mulik and Vijay Gogawle were present at inaugural function.
