Citizens to launch Digital Andolan

NPnews24 online : PUNE – Hinjawadi has been developed as an IT hub, it remains infamous for civic issues, ranging from traffic to garbage-related hiccups.

More than 3.5 lakh IT employees and resident are daily suffers of traffic snarls, garbage dumping and inadequate water supply. Many groups and individuals have struggled in recent years to solve these issues on a micro level, but with passing time, have felt the need for both the administration and the government to sit up and take notice of their bigger chronic hassles.

There will be two hashtags for the campaign- #1RastaAurDo and #WhitecollorRedShirts.

An IT professional from Infosys, Padmaja Pawar added, “Our Digital Andolan to cover various aspects of governance is the need of the hour. It needs to be pursued on a war footing. Digitisation aids in proper supervision of financial activities and is an effective way to create an impact.
