Another gangster fear he will killed in police encounter

Chandigarh: After Vikas Dubey death in a police encounter, gangster Lawrence Bishnoi has filed his first petition in Chandigarh District Court seeking to produce him in court ‘handcuffed’ when brought to court or else he will be killed in a fake police encounter.

Bishnoi, filed the petition in the court, pleading for an anticipatory bail or 15 days advance notice to arrest or produce him in the court.

Bishnoi currently lodged at Bharatpur jail in Rajasthan, 35-year-old has many FIRs against him in Chandigarh, Punjab, and Rajasthan.

The court issue a notice to UT police to submit a reply by July 13
