‘AAP’ Candidate Raghav Chadha, Flooded by Marriage Proposals during Election campaign

New Delhi: Female fans of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate Raghav Chadha from Rajinder Nagar is more excited to see him as their groom than a MLA. Some wants to make him her husband and some son-in-law. The 31-year-old Chadha, a chartered accountant by profession, is very handsome and soft-spoken. According to Chadha’s team, the number of marriage proposals has also increased along with increase in his election activism on social media.

Raghav Chadha’s social media manager said that recently a woman had proposed marriage by tagging him on Twitter. Chadha replied to her, “The condition of the economy is not right now, so this is not the right time to get married.”

He said that Chaddha is getting a lot of messages from female fans on Instagram too. Women from all over the country are taking interest in him. We do not normally reply to those messages, but if a woman is from Delhi, we ask them to vote.

Another member of Chadha’s team said that he is getting such proposals not only on social media but also in general meetings. He recently went to a school meeting, a teacher said, if I had a daughter, I would have got her married to you.
