If this is possible, then Xiaomi will become the first company that will give a 200 megapixel sensor in its smartphone. Samsung will make this sensor, on which work has also started.
There is no doubt that Samsung starts its year with the S series smartphone whose camera is always stunning. In such a situation, now there is a problem for Xiaomi whether Samsung will license the 200 megapixel sensor to any other company or phone before using it in the Xiaomi phone.
However, new leaks have revealed that Samsung is not thinking of using its sensor in its phone here. According to a new tweet by Ice Universe, Samsung will not use a 200-megapixel sensor in its next-generation flagship smartphone which could be the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. There is currently no information about why the company would do this.
In this way, Xiaomi will become the first smartphone brand to use a 200-megapixel sensor in its smartphone. One of the reasons behind Samsung not doing this could also be that Samsung might give even more megapixels in the phone.
Xiaomi has not given any official statement in this matter so far. But in the coming time, the company can surprise everyone, if we talk about leaks, then according to Digital Chat Station, the smartphone maker is now working on a new smartphone which can be named Mi 12. The company will provide Snapdragon SM8450 SoC in it, while this phone can come with a 200 megapixel sensor. The name of the chipset could be Snapdragon 895. However, till now the chipmaker has not made any such announcement.
